GlassRatner and our team members are regularly employed as a court appointed Receiver, Trustee or Liquidating Agent. We approach these matters with the overriding goal to maximize the return on the debtor’s or estate's assets and business interests in an independent fashion. The specific tasks included in these assignments include assessing the value of assets, developing reorganization and liquidation plans, winding down business activity, investigating the actions of prior management, and pursuing litigation, causes of action and other recovery activities to maximize the estate of the debtor.
