GlassRatner is retained on a regular basis to perform Business Valuations, Solvency and Fairness Opinions. As a result of our extensive litigation practice our team is accustomed to our valuation work product going under the microscope of litigation and the courts. Our approach is to look at each matter separately and not employ templates and cookie cutter valuation procedures or write-ups.
