As successful work-out professionals, we understand the conditions in today’s marketplace. We will evaluate the current situation, deliver an objective assessment and prepare recommendations for next steps. We typically include a global analysis of the client’s portfolio that may address any or all of the following debt types:

  • Life and Institutional Debt
  • Specialty Finance Debt

We will evaluate potential strategies for loan workouts and assess the impact of each strategy against the various elements of the capital structure. When we recommend a specific proposal for restructuring the debt package we will present the proposal to all relevant participants in the capital structure.
