Brian Doyle is an experienced construction, property management and real estate focused professional. Prior to joining GlassRatner, Brian Doyle worked as a Project Manager in the Land Development and Construction industries. During his early career at Lake Las Vegas Resort, Mr. Doyle was the Project Manager for the exclusive SouthShore custom home community. In his tenure at SouthShore, Mr. Doyle managed the construction and compliance activities for what would be the highest construction volume years of the Resort’s history, with an estimated value of over $200M in construction.
Mr. Doyle subsequently managed all of the residential development beyond the gates of SouthShore, which included single family as well as multi-family. Mr. Doyle’s responsibilities ranged from construction oversight of multiple developers operating within the Resort, plan review and compliance activities and being the liaison with the Master Developer.
Mr. Doyle has logged countless hours of plan due diligence and compliance inspections while a member of both the SouthShore and Master Development Review Boards of Lake Las Vegas Resort. Mr. Doyle also managed the transition of multiple high value communities from the Developer to their respective Associations.
Mr. Doyle’s experience and expertise has helped him successfully complete projects within a wide range of the development spectrum. His full service skill set allows for quality, experienced management from land entitlements to project completion and association turnover. Mr. Doyle is also intimately involved with property and asset management of various asset classes.
