Representative assignments include:

  • Manufacturing: During licensing negotiations with this specialty floor covering systems entity, business conditions changed enough to impact the value of the licensing transaction and the future of the entity. During the negotiations, Mr. Yorkison became integrally involved in operational considerations of the plant. During his time in the primary plant, Mr. Yorkison discovered and developed a new product line that could be manufactured from the existing asset and raw material base. Thus, over a period of time, Mr. Yorkison worked with product development, marketing, manufacturing, finance, and corporate executives to launch the new line. These efforts were in conjunction with the planned divestiture of the business unit. The turnaround of the business helped complete the transaction.
  • Private Aviation: Most recently Mr. Yorkison managed the financial elements for a turnaround of a private aviation business. The business was suffering economically to the point the sustainability of the enterprise was threatened. Mr. Yorkison orchestrated financial controls in addition to top-line support to eliminate losses.
