Mr. Buckley is an accomplished financial analyst, forensic accountant, and expert witness with proven skills and over 25 years of experience synthesizing and analyzing financial data, business transactions and corporate records for law firms, government agencies and an array of Fortune 25 to SMB operating entities.  A working practitioner with consulting, academic and C-level operating company experience, Mr. Buckley has designed and executed projects for management and counsel successfully delivering over 400 assignments realizing in excess of $1.0 Billion in recoveries and enhancements for clients.

For counsel, Mr. Buckley has been designated in both federal and state court to assist with investigations, disputes and all facets of litigation support.  He has been engaged to provide expert services for complex litigation matters by many of the nation’s preeminent law firms.  His forensic and expert work includes over 200 assignments providing testimony approximately 100 times in venues from California to Arizona, Florida, Nevada, and Ohio.

In addition to his forensic practice, Mr. Buckley has held senior level management positions at various operating companies including; Chief Financial Officer at Studio Image, Inc., Advisor to the Board of Directors at Glentek, Inc., Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for Pointsource Technologies, Director of Business Development at Gillberg Design and Project Leader/Principal Analyst managing teams of up to 40 professionals on complex matters for the Bank of America Legal Department. His corporate responsibilities included acting as lead in due diligence, valuation and advisement on numerous merger & acquisition assignments.

Mr. Buckley received his master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from the John E. Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA with emphasized study in finance, entrepreneurship and entertainment.  His master’s project focused on analyzing real estate market dynamics in Southern California.  Mr. Buckley received his bachelor of science from Utah State University in forestry and natural resource management.

During his time in Utah, Mr. Buckley worked for the USDA Forest Service as an elite wild-land firefighter (known as a “hot-shot”) deployed on approximately 100 fires throughout the western United States.  In the winters, Mr. Buckley was out on the slopes as an expert skier and on ski patrol searching the Rocky Mountains for that perfect powder experience.
