Zachary Parkins CIRA, CFE, joined GlassRatner in 2018 as a Director in the Dallas office. Zachary brings over 10 years of diverse client service and consulting experience in the areas of bankruptcy and restructuring, forensic investigations and litigation support, and operational and financial due diligence. His expertise spans across multiple industries including retail, pharmaceuticals, financial institutions, automobile, gaming, municipalities, private equity, professional employer organizations, government corruption and oil and gas.

After completing his law degree in 2012, Zachary worked at Mesirow Financial Consulting assisting in the litigation support practice as well as working on multiple bankruptcy matters, including the Chapter 9 Municipality Reorganizations of both San Bernardino and Stockton.  He then worked at Duff & Phelps, LLC beginning in 2015 in the Disputes and Investigations group where he managed multiple litigation matters both inside and outside the bankruptcy context, including cash tracing for State Farm Insurance, fraudulent transfer and preference actions relating to Mapuche, LLC and multiple tax shelter engagements for the Department of Justice.

His prior bankruptcy engagements also include Residential Capital, Enron, Caesar's Casinos, Delta Airlines, Delphi, Buffet Partners, and Bruno’s Liquidating Trust. 

Zachary has extensive writing experience and was published in the American Journal of Mediation in 2011 for his work on Electronic Discovery in the Civil Litigation world. 

Zachary received his B.S. from The Ohio State University and his J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law.
