Chad was previously in the leadership of the construction practice at Navigant Consulting Inc. for approximately 10 years.

He has provided these services on more than 150 construction projects including infrastructure, industrial, commercial building, healthcare, institutional and energy projects.

Chad’s professional focus is centered on the provision of project advisory and risk management services prior to and during construction. In this role he has been at the forefront of the construction industry in  developing comprehensive construction programs for more than a decade.

He has also been found to be highly effective in facilitating understanding for fact finders in legal proceedings, having provided testimony in trial at the state and federal level.

These experiences have allowed Chad to serve as a primary long-term trusted advisor for numerous five to fifteen year clients, and on construction projects/programs both large and small, including mega-projects/programs such as the Atlanta Airport, (20 years, $10B), World Trade Center Re-Development (2 years, $3.5B), Multiple DOT’s (10-15 years), Thyssen-Krupp Project Compass Steel Development (4 years, $5B).
